The healthcare system of the Borisov region embraces 66 medical organizations.

The in-patient care is provided by three multi-field hospitals (the central regional hospital, hospital No 2, an isolation hospital), a maternity hospital, five district hospitals and two nurseries. The total bed space makes up 1,480 beds.

The out-patient assistance is provided in six territorial out-patient stations, two dental care hospitals, three health centres, 13 dispensaries.

Among the health resorts of the region are the Berezina health centre for war and labour veterans and disabled people, the Belino recuperation centre of the Borisov Plant Avtogydrousilitel, the BATE recuperation centre.
