The network of cultural establishments of the region includes:

– 43 clubs: the Gorky urban cultural centre and 42 rural cultural centres and clubs;
– a 47-library centralized system;
– the Gorky park;
– six children art schools: two music, an artistic and choreography schools and two art schools;
– the Borisov state museum and 14 public museums.

The centralized library system is one of the most important cultural establishments in the region. Today the Borisov centralized library system is a local information centre with a well-developed structure of 47 libraries and a legal information centre.

Seven architectural, nine historical and 25 archeological sites of the Borisov region have been included into the state register of the historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Belarus.
