The State Enterprise Borisovvodokanal informs that in anticipation of the watering season, in cases where consumers violate clause 53.5 of the “Rules for the Use of Centralized Water Supply, Wastewater Disposal (Sewage) Systems in Populated Areas” (approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 788 of September 30, 2016), related to the connection by consumers of hoses for watering garden plots or other purposes (car wash, laundry, etc.) to street water intake (water standpipes), water supply and other devices intended for the collection of drinking water before the metering device, as well as in the absence of a metering device, the State Enterprise Borisovvodokanal draws up an act with an accrual, which is then presented for payment to these consumers. The calculation method for the accrual is defined in paragraph 52 of the specified “Rules for the use of centralized water supply, sanitation (sewerage) systems in populated areas” (approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 788 dated September 30, 2016). According to the approved calculation procedure, the amount of water consumed is determined by the capacity of the water inlet and depends on the diameter of the connection. It is assumed that water at a speed of 2 m / s flowed continuously 24 hours a day, and the time period for which the calculation of water volumes is made is thirty days. Thus, the volume for calculating the accrual is 936 cubic meters of water, and this, according to the tariffs in effect today, is equal to 1829.13 Belarusian rubles. The calculation, in this case, does not depend on how much or little water the consumer used through the connected hose or other devices, what matters is only the fact of connecting the hose to the street water intake, water supply and other devices intended for drinking water intake before the metering device, as well as in the absence of a metering device. “Rules for the use of centralized water supply, sanitation (sewage) systems in populated areas” (approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 788 dated September 30, 2016) are valid throughout the Republic of Belarus, do not provide for such a preventive measure as “warning”, as well as “benefits” and “discounts” for canceling the accrual. For economical use and payment for the actual volume of water, it is necessary to install water meters.
